Here’s how: First, beat the butter, 100 g sugar, eggs, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then, mix 300 g flour with the baking powder and stir in.
Now pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth it down. Now pit the plums, halve them, and place them on top.
Then, knead the crumble from 320 g flour, 250 g butter, 200 g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon or lemon zest and spread it evenly over the plums.
Now bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40-45 minutes.
