Strawberry cake, ready for the oven in 3 minutes, is my weekly treat!

Preparation
So, my dears, first separate the eggs and then beat 4 egg yolks, 180g sugar, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar into a thick foam.
Now add 120ml oil and 120ml water, continuing to beat.
Then carefully fold in 1 cup of flour with one packet of baking powder and finally the beaten egg whites. Top with fruit.
Now bake the cake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. It’s best to bake it on a smaller baking sheet or in a springform pan so it doesn’t get too thin.
Dust with powdered sugar after baking. Ready to eat!
