A pan-fried potato pancake is a delicious and tasty main dish that the whole family will love. It is ready in a few minutes and is an exceptionally filling fridge: we filled it with cooked ham and mozzarella, but you can vary the cold cuts and cheeses according to your taste or the ingredients you have at home. For a perfect result, use red potatoes and grate them finely, pressing them well so that most of the vegetable water evaporates. The only problem with this pancake is that it has to be turned upside down, but if you have a double egg frying pan at your disposal, it is easy. You can also make a vegetarian version without ham. Find out how to do it by following our simple step-by-step recipe.
